He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Leaverton; his children, Gregory Gutierrez (Denise), Nicholas Gutierrez (Amy), Stephanie Smith (Aaron) and Brandon Johnson (Ellie); his grandchildren, Magdalena, Jane, Josie and Malcolm; his pet Samantha; his siblings, William England and Joan Hanna (Lee); and his nephews, Eli and Nate. He is also survived by his family, friends.
