He was predeceased by : his parents, Clifford Sorensen and Alberta Sorensen (Hack); his daughter Sandra Fay; and his brothers, Lowell Sorensen and Veral Sorensen.
He is survived by : his wife Sally Sorensen; his children, Phyllis Wickwire (Dale) and Robert Sorensen (Darlene); and his pet Abby. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to St. Croix Hospice or First United Methodist Church in Jack's memory.
