It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanne E. Biggerstaff of Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away on January 21, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Huigens and Jeanette Huigens (Anderson); her husband Glenn Biggerstaff; and her sister Jane. She is survived by: her daughters, Tracy Bates of Sioux City, Terry Tastad (Ted) of Sioux City and Julie Guenther (Craig) of Arvada, Colorado; and her siblings, John Huigens (Carol) of Sioux City, Joanne Blair (Brad) of Sioux City and Jackie Kinzey (Joe) of Hinton. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
