He is survived by: his mother Maribel Smith (Pence) of Sioux City; his significant other Jody Poppen of Sioux City; his brothers, Russ (Donna) of Missouri, Ron of Arizona and Scott (Marlene) of Sioux City; his uncle Gary (Fran); his nieces, Austi of Sioux City and Charity of Iowa; his great-nieces, Aryanna of Sioux City and Bristol of Sioux City; his nephews, Joshua of Sioux City, Jeffrey of Oregon and Wesley of Sioux City; his great-nephews, Ethan of Sioux City and Paxtin of Sioux City; his cousins, Shane of South Dakota and Brent of South Dakota; his partner's daughter Amber (Tom); Mac of Sioux City, Lizzy (Kenley), Brody, Natalie of Sioux City and Megan (Dylan) of Sioux City.
