He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerald "Jerry" James and Janice Jane Barthole (Janssen). He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his son Brady (Sarah); his grandsons, Conner and Hudson; his son Cody (Erica); his grandchildren, McKenzie and Cody Jr.; his son Dustin "Boomer" (Katrina); his granddaughter Kristen Covey; and his siblings, Jerri Jean Hardie (Chuck), Janet Schenzel (Tim), Julie Seablom (Arlen) and Jeff Barthole (Jenny). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
