She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Adams and Irene Adams; and her husband Earl Moore. She is survived by: her children, Terry Spranger (Jim) of Bettendorf, Iowa, Steve of Bronson and Kim Linafelter (Brian) of Sioux City; her grandchildren, Erin Johnson, Seth Gackle (Brooke), Meghan Heaton (Ross), Bret Spranger (Michelle) and Rene Smith (Channen); and her great grandchildren, River, Indigo, Gogo, Avery, McKinlee, Hayden, Vada, Zoe and Schuyler.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel (3220 Stone Park Blvd, Sioux City, IA 51104). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
