We are sad to announce that, on October 13, 2023, at the age of 88, Larry C. Howard of Sioux City, Iowa, born in Schaller, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Howard and Bernadette Howard (Grant); his wife Jan; his daughter Vicki; and his granddaughter Charlotte.
He is survived by: his children, Danny Howard (Kim) of Plymouth, MN, Julie Parkinson of Rapid City, SD, Tracy Howard (Jean) of St. Paul, NE and Jodi Maturo (Pat) of Denver, CO; his sisters, Judy Nusbaum (Dave) of Parker, CO and Kathy Kvale of Sioux City; and his grandchildren, Melissa, Nicholas, Jeremy, Ryan, Anthony, Jeffrey, Kelsey, Kayla, Timothy, Tyler, Taylor, Mia, Addy, James, Josh and Jordan. He is also survived by his great grandchildren.
On January 11, 1958, Larry married Janice "Jan" M. Parkinson in Fairmont, MN.
