He is survived by: his sisters, Anna Smith and Janet Brown; his wife Janet D. Miller; and his daughters, Carla Rodawig of Sioux City and Shanna Ford (Troy) of Des Moines, Iowa.. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
