She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewit Cox and Margaret Cox (Mortensen); her sisters, Lavonne and Virginia; and her former husband Richard Worrell.
She is survived by: her husband Dick Pruehs of Sioux City, IA; her children, Randy Worrell (Teresa) of Sioux City, IA, Rick Worrell (Erika) of Sioux City, IA, Julie Baxter (Richard) of Algona, IA, Susie Baxter (Joe) of Linn Grove, IA, Dave Worrell (Amy) of Sioux City, IA, Brent Pruehs (Lori) of Sioux City, IA, Lori Kaiser (Dan) of St. Pete Beach, FL and Erin Oliver (Martin) of Woodstock, GA; and her sisters, Norma Coon of Sioux City, IA and Judy Specht (Dean) of Yankton, SD. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be directed to Mater Dei Parish or the June E. Nylen Cancer Center.
