He is survived by: his wife Maxine Percell; his children, Craig Percell (Jodee) of Sioux City, Kim Kerkhoff (Ron) of Kronenwetter and Karen Ulven (Brian) of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa.; and his brother George Percell of Eagan, Minnesota.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Meyer Brothers Morningside Chapel (6200 Morningside Ave, Sioux City, IA 51106). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at the Memorial Park Cemetery (6605 Morningside Ave, Sioux City, IA 51106).
