It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael L. Welter of Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away on October 17, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Michael shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Michael farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Welter and Rose Welter (Hoffman); his sister Janet; and his brother-in-law Dennis. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Welter; his sons, Brandon Welter (Lynette) and Mitchell Welter (Ashlyn); his grandchildren, Kalie and Marley Welter; and his siblings, Karen Eaton, Ron Welter and Mary Vondrak (Richard). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
