She was predeceased by: her husband Donald; her parents, Oscar Norland and Alta Norland (Zeigler); and her siblings, Marietta Sampson (Ellsworth), Donald Norland (Lois), Allen Norland (Bonnie), Martin Norland (Arnetta) and Myrna Nord (James).
She is survived by: her children, Kim Reed (Kathy) of Le Mars, IA and Dawn (Chris) of Marana, AZ; and her grandchildren, Maggie Hoffman (Corey) and Sam Van Wettering (Megan). She is also survived by five great grandchildren; 39 treasured nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations will be given to her favorite charities in honor of Norma Jean's lifelong commitment to faith and service.
