He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Sr. Ragan and Jean Ragan (Spindler); and his in-laws, Wayne and LorRayne Livermore. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ragan; his children, Paul Ragan (Stefanie) of North Liberty, IA and Ann Howard (Ron) of Sioux City; his grandchildren, Austin Sokolowski of Vermillion, SD and Haley Howard of Bellevue, NE; his brothers, Don Jr. Ragan (Jody) of Paxton, IL and Bob Ragan (Theresa) of Sioux City; and his brother-in-law Bob Livermore (Deb). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
