With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard J. Evans of Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away on May 8, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Evans and Silvia Evans (Milander); his brother Jerald Evans; and his mother-in-law Maxine Delfs Walters. He is survived by: his wife Judy Delfs; his sons, Randall Evans, Kevin Evans and Kyle Evans (Juanita); his grandchildren, Breezy Parkhill (Kyle), Lindsey Crowe (Jordan), Tyler Evans (Savannah), Brooke Van Toor (Gregg), Allyson Evans and Chloe Evans; and his great grandchildren, Riley Evans, Lorelei Crowe, Colson Evans, Owen Parkhill and Black.
