He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Weil and Florence Vander Weil (Block); and his siblings, Cecil Vander Weil (Dorothy), Paul Vander Wiel and Elaine Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne "Suzy" Vander Weil; his children, Brent Vander Weil (Darla) of Sioux City and Stacy Vander Weil of Sioux City; his grandchildren, Blake St. Peter of Sioux City and Madelyn Pedersen (Ryan) of Jackson, Nebraska; his great grandchildren, Waylon Pedersen and Clara Louise Pedersen; his brother Richard Vander Weil (Jan) of Spokane, Washington; and his siblings-in-law, Marlene Vander Wiel and Skip Dahl. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
