He was predeceased by: his father Theodore Joseph Gondek of Lowell. He is survived by: his mother Lillian Gondek (Schmidt) of Clay Center, Kansas.; his son Dennis (Russell); his wife Judith; his daughter Kelly Gondek of Austin, TX; his grandchildren, Lukas (Jillian Gondek), Aubree, Auraiya, Carlin, Rhiannon, Erin and Jonathan; his great grandchildren, Lily and Connor; his son Chris Gondek of Eugene, OR; and his brothers, Dennis Gondek of Cedar Rapids, IA and Russell Gondek of Sioux City, IA..

The family asks that any memorial be a donation to the Lillian and Theodore Gondek Memorial Scholarship at St. Luke's College in Sioux City, IA.
