It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roland Stabile of Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away on February 28, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John Stabile and Yvette "Betty" Stabile (Seavey); his in-laws, Marty and Lois Stusse; his siblings, Rosemary Uhl (Stabile), John, Frank Stabile and Robert Stabile; his pet Marley; his grandson Tony Stabile; and also Chad Sorgdrager.

He is survived by : his wife Joann Stabile (Stusse); his sons, Ron Stabile (Kelli) of Tampa, FL and Mike Stabile (Stephanie) of Sioux City; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Adelyn, Hadley and Piper Stabile; and his nephews, Frank, Nick and Joey Stabile. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.

Ronnie made friends with every dog that he met, so it is fitting that memorials be directed to the Siouxland Humane Society.

“Hi, this is Ronda. I was out of town as my husband has been sick. To hear this was shocking. I am so sorry for your loss. I know it's hard for everyone. I'm sure Mom (his sister Rosemary Uhl) will be glad to see him as much as the rest of his family. It is true when someone you love passes, somehow they show you in different ways they are OK and around. I think their all in peace having a welcoming party and laughing, illness and stress free.
