She was predeceased by : her parents, Leroy Carlson and Dorothy Carlson; and her brother-in-law Charlie Beavers. She is survived by : her husband Brad of Sioux City; her children, Ryan Undine (Rachel) of Sioux City, Amanda Undine of Sioux City and Jason Undine (Christy) of Sioux City; her grandchildren, Michael, Skylar, Rebecca, Hailey, Noah, Kelsie, Melody, Shalei, Staysha and Syerra; her great grandchild Quintin; and her siblings, Dannell Beavers of Sioux City, Roger Meyers (Judy) of Sioux Falls, SD, Deanna Cook (Bill) of Sioux City and Cindy Grote (Louie) of Carroll, IA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
