She is survived by: her close friend David Miller of Sioux City, IA; her son Terry Smith (Stephanie); her sisters, Marvel Carter and Dixie Archer; and her aunt Evalera Burnham. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
