He is survived by: his wife Katherine Stepp of Sioux City; his children, Scott Stepp of California, Robin Stepp of California, Theresa Gidney of California and Renee Stepp of Sioux City, IA; and his sister Paula Lachner of Sparks, NV.. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to his family and they will designate them to a charity.
