He was predeceased by: his father Donald Haskins. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Haskins (Wilcox) of Sioux City; his son Seth Haskins; his sisters, Lori Deal of Venice, FL, Doneen Conaway (Gary) of Sioux City, Pamela McGarr of Kansas City, MO, Andrea Gray (Kevin) of Sioux City and Christine Paxson (Steve) of Bloomington, IL.; his nieces and nephews, Harvey III, Shurie, Chad and Jason; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Reese, Riley, Evan, Mia, Liam, Grace, Owen, Jared and Connor.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Southern Hills Baptist Church (4301 Old Lakeport Rd, Sioux City, IA 51106). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Graceland Cemetery (2701 S Lakeport St, Sioux City, IA 51106).
