She is survived by: her husband Jim; her family, Danielle and Freddie Ortiz; her granddaughters, Heaven and Kailee of Spencer; her great grandchild Gracelynn; her siblings, Tim, Bunny of Storm Lake, Iowa, Todd, Amy of Spencer, Iowa, Shelly and John Clarey of Orange City, Iowa.; and her siblings-in-law, Jerry of Texas, Alan (Karen), Tom (Annette), Kevin, David, Vickie, Amber (Russ), Kim (Duane) and Kris. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City (4125 Orleans Ave, Sioux City, IA 51106). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Boniface Church (703 W 5th St, Sioux City, IA 51103).
