She is survived by: her sons, John Michael of Sioux City, Gerald (Paula) of Waterloo, Antonio (Barbara) of Kailua and Gregory of Arden, NC.; and her brother Phillip Neri (Anita) of Sioux City. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
