He is survived by: his girlfriend Dianne McCall of Sioux City; his daughter Kate Charles (John) of Kalispell; his sister-in-law Patsy Clemmons of Des Moines; and his sons, Willie Trotter of Sioux City, Robbie Dripps (Holly) of Cedar Rapids and Ted Schafer-Ortner (Don) of Holstein. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren and 15 Great-Grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
