He is survived by: his mother Dolores Steele (Broderson) of North Carolina; his wife Cindy Steele of Sioux City; his children, Joe Steele of Sioux City and Christina Witzka (Emil Sr.) of Sioux City; his grandchildren, Max, Emmalynn, Gracie Mae, Cailyn, Cloey, Emil Jr., Ciara and Cara; and his siblings, Mark Steele (Gabby) of Sioux City, David Steele (Shelly) of North Carolina, Kim Richardson (David) of North Carolina and Kelly Demaree (Don) of North Carolina. He is also survived by many nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
