She is survived by: her husband Bernie Heinen of Slater; her sons, Jonathan Paul Heinen of McCallsburg and Kevin Heinen (Nerissa) of Johnston; her grandchildren, Daniel (Whitney), Sara, Emiley and Mya; and her great grandchildren, Jocelyn and Dylan.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Unity Point at home hospice or Mission Cancer plus blood.
