She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Hodges and LaVaun Hodges; her husband William Emley; her son Troy Matthew (Jordan); her grandchildren, Nolen Emley, Elizabeth Venneman (Brandon) and Spencer Emley; and her siblings, Mike Hodges (Susan) and Joy Barnhart (Alan).
