He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Greenough and Neola Greenough (Jensen); his sons, Guy Greenough and Richard Greenough; his brother Eugene Greenough; and his nephew Brian Greenough.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Greenough; and his children, Linda Mueller (Adrian), Leslie Stephens and Quentin Greenough. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church (411 3rd Ave, Slater, IA 50244). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Slater First Responders.
