We are sad to announce that on March 21, 2024, at the age of 89, Allan B. Eich of Solon, Iowa, born in Carroll, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Bert Eich and Mamie Eich (Popp); his son Keith Eich; his parents-in-law, Henry and Mamie Schmidt; his brother Roger Eich; his sister-in-law Bonnie; his brother Lyle Eich; and his brothers-in-law, Harold Schmidt and Glen Schmidt.
He is survived by : his wife Ruth Eich of Manning; his children, Lynn Eich (Michele) of DeWitt, Pamela Borkowski (Dave) of Irwin and Teresa Palthe (Steve) of Montgomery, Texas; his grandchildren, Joshua Eich (Kim), Mitch Eich (Angela), Brian Borkowski (Kelli), Lauren Botine (Nate), Steven Palthe (Avery) and Timothy Palthe; his great grandchildren, Hudson Allan Eich, Kalina Raye Eich, Piper LeeAnn Borkowski, Jhett Jameson Borkowski and Aspen Kate Borkowski; his grandchildren, Ty and Dillon Wappler; and his sisters-in-law, Beverly Schmidt of Columbus and Gladys Schmidt of Manning.
