She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Velky and Clara Velky (Netolicky); her husband Mike "Milo" Machacek; and her brothers, Emil Velky (Mary) and Rudy Velky (Norma).

She is survived by: her children, Laurie Broghammer (Tim) of Solon and Mickey Machacek (Deb) of Solon; and her grandchildren, Annelyn and Michael Broghammer. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to the Shueyville United Methodist Church.
