She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Perkins and Alberta Perkins (Hintz); her former husband Marshall; her siblings, Bob Perkins and Janet Cunningham; her siblings-in-law, Bonnie Washburn (Jim) and Bill Warren; and her nephew Mark Cunningham.

She is survived by: her husband Buck; her children, Kirk Keith (Nancy) of Onslow, Kelley McLaughlin (Mike) of Coralville and Lance Keith (Sheila Wubbens) of Montezuma; her grandchildren, Adam Keith (Amy), Molly Werner (Jacob), Matthew McLaughlin, Ryan McLaughlin, Haley McLaughlin, Marshall Keith (Ashley), Jarod Keith and Grace Keith; her sister Bev Madden (Bill); and her siblings-in-law, Bob Keith (Pam), Jim Keith (Elaine) and Kathy Smith (Ellis). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
