He is survived by: his children, Erica Neuzil (Andy) of Hills, Stacia Ormsby (Jake) of Iowa City, Jessica Wallace (Steve) of Mount Vernon and Gary Stewart of West Branch; and his brother Allan Phillips (Linda) of West Branch. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
