John Edgerton Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Edgerton of Solon, Iowa, who passed away on November 1, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Edgerton and Carrie Edgerton (Sterns); and his brother Charles Edgerton. He is survived by: his children, A. Ross Edgerton (Chris) and Evelyn "Lou" Wolfe (Scott); his grandchildren, Jesse Husmann, Spencer Wolfe, Amanda Richardson (Tyler) and Amber Frahm (Josh); his great grandchildren, Eliza, Emma, Titus, Gunner, Rosalyn, Jack, Wyatt, Bowen, Bastian, Thorin and Sylvia; and his sister Sandra Swarthout. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and Cousins.
