With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn Catherine Musser of Solon, Iowa, born in Riverside, Iowa, who passed away on August 30, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, August Schmidt and Agnes Schmidt (Rotenburger); and her brothers, LeRoy, Bernard and Carl.

She is survived by: her husband Richard Musser; her children, Marty Musser (Kathy) of Madrid and Mary Bender (Mike) of Solon; her grandson Jake Musser of Portland, OR; her children, Abby Musser of Iowa City and Joshua Bender (Kayla) of Boise, ID; her siblings, Marie Gallagher and William Schmidt (Beth); and her sister-in-law Judy Schmidt. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to the family who will distribute them to various charities.
