She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred William and Beatrice Alteneder (Wright); and her siblings, William, Ron Alteneder, Lois Norris, Jackie Black and Donna Gibson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Dvorak of Solon, IA, Anne Otsuka (Paul) of Poway, CA and Sarah Stanley of Solon, IA; her grandchildren, Stephanie Eikamp (Jordan) of Lisbon, IA, Diana Howsare of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Grace Howsare of Solon, IA, Jeremey Howsare (Samantha) of Earlsboro, OK, Katherine, Emily Otsuka of San Diego, CA, Jenna Stanley and Alexandria Benion (Logan) of Cedar Rapids, IA; and her great grandchildren, Isabelle, Jack Howsare and Odin Benion.
