Tristan Joseph Metzler Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Tristan Joseph Metzler (Solon, Iowa), born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 21, 2025 at the age of 16. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert Hanes, Rev. John Metzler, Rulon Pratt and Jeni. He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Metzler and Lisa Metzler; his siblings, Ashley Maiers (Chris), Zach Metzler (Autum), Jacob Metzler (Jena) and Armando Metzler; his nieces and nephews, Ilsa, Micah Maiers and Magnus Metzler; and his grandmothers, Mitzi Hanes-Pratt and Anne Metzler.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Solon United Methodist Church (122 N West St, Solon, IA 52333). A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family c/o Lisa Metzler.
