Bob Buckner Obituary
The memory of Bob Buckner of South English, Iowa, who passed away on July 26, 2025 at the age of 75, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Buckner and Margaret Buckner; and his siblings, Larry, Max, Cecil, Terry, Beth and Patty.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his children, Eric Buckner (Angie) and Schay Moore (Will); his grandchildren, Josh, Jessica, Carly, Graham and Berkly; his siblings, Scott Buckner (Linda) and Cindy Chafa (Mike); and his sisters-in-law, Wanda, Linda, Ardith and Brenda. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the South English Fire Department (401 Broadway St, South English, IA 52335).
In lieu of flowers, donations will be made to several organizations on Bob's behalf.
