He was predeceased by: his father Robert Noel (Jimmie); his wife Nancy Noel; his mother Deloris Armstrong (Norman); his siblings, David Noel, Patty Overton, James Noel and Bobby Stillwell; his great grandchildren, Finnehgan Xavier Noel and Sophia; and his children-in-law, Missy Noel and David Finch.
He is survived by: his daughters, Ashley Franco of Emporia, Kansas and Barb; his granddaughter Meghan; Beth Lindsey (John) of Davenport, Iowa, Michael Noel Jr. of South English, Iowa, Charles White (Mary Owens) of South English, Iowa, Breha Finch of South English, Iowa, Nathan Noel of South English, Iowa and Barbara Potter (Travis) of South English, Iowa. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren; along with one brother and one sister.
