It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anita (Pierce) Cooch of Spencer, Iowa, born in Anthon, Iowa, who passed away on November 7, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Myers and Ina Myers (Lewis); her former husbands, Louis Pierce and Charles Altimus; her husband Clayton Cooch of Climbing Hill; and her siblings, Otis Myers, LaVerne Thompson and Dorothy Reynolds.

She is survived by: her children, Alan Pierce (Carol) of Spencer, IA, Jo Roush (Bill) of Kansas and Rebecca Eitzen (Steve) of California; and her grandchildren, Clinton Pierce (Jessica), Cody Pierce (Stephannie), Brad Roush (Jessica) and Melissa Myers. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
