She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Thompson (Jim) and Jane Thompson (Garrelts); her husband Bart Smoot; her sister Barb Morrison; her in-laws, Glenn and Cora Smoot; and her pet Colby.
She is survived by: her son Zane Smoot (Kristi); her nephew Adam Morrison (Tessa); her great-nephew Emmett; her nephew Spencer Morrison; and her cousins, Jay, Deanna Clasing, Sharon Anderson, Kim and Jeff Taylor. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers for the service, the family is requesting those should be sent to someone to brighten their day, just as receiving flowers always brightened Becky's day!
