He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Eleanor Franseen (Gustafson) and Alden Ivar Franseen; his sisters, Linda Ball, Barbara Regennitter and Joan Seyffert; and his brother-in-law Robert Reginitter.
He is survived by: his wife Andrea Franseen (Anji); his children, Jill Barr (Mike), Tabitha Pelgen (Bob), Samantha Chandler, Timothy Franseen, Danielle Ektnitphong (Joseph), Jamie Lucht (Dale) and Sean O'Hearn (Tina); his grandchildren, Christian, Caitlyn, Torrin, Natalie, Alessia, Gabrielle, Roman, Willow, Juniper, Calista, Ashton and Amelia; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Ball and Daryl Seyffert. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to First Baptist Church, Spencer and Spencer Regional Healthcare Foundation.
