He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; and his children, Lori Black (Jon), Jeff (Lisa), Amy Hart (Kevin) and Alex (Amy). He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren; 4 Great-Grandchildren; extended family members, and many friends.
