He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Kuiper and Esther Kuiper (Douma); his sister Jane; his parents-in-law, Everett and Frances Van Veldhuizen; and his siblings-in-law, Jan Honold, Frank Honold and Lee Ver Mulm.
He is survived by: his wife Marlis Ann Van Veldhuizen; his children, Jeff Kuiper of Wilmington, NC and Jill Langlois (Doug) of Lutz, Florida; his grandchildren, Keryk Kuiper, Dylan Gellett and Amelia Langlois; his sister Peggy Kuiper of Rochester, MN; and his siblings-in-law, Hazel Ver Mulm, Dale, Katie Van Veldhuizen, Wayne and Connie Van Veldhuizen. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
