He was predeceased by : his parents, John Kramer and Minnie Kramer (Heldt); his wife Kathleen Stoterau; his brothers, John Kramer Jr. and Richard Kramer; his sister-in-law LaVonne Kramer; and his cousin Maurice Kramer.
He is survived by : his daughters, Julie Neal (Mike) of Charlottesville, VA, Jennifer Thooft (Jack) of Apple Valley, MN and Kathy Geyer (Scott) of Lakeville, MN. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; one niece; 2 nephews; cousins; sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; other relatives; and many friends.
