He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Harrold and Alice Harrold (Williams); his son-in-law Eric Helland; his brother-in-law Dennis Diamond; and his nephew Jason Harrold.
He is survived by: his wife Shery Harrold of Spencer, IA; his daughter Lisa Helland of Colorado Springs, CO; his grandchildren, Kelsey Helland of Seattle, WA and Christopher Helland of Colorado Springs, CO; his brother Jerry Harrold of Colorado Springs, CO; and his sister-in-law Permilla Diamond. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Riverside Cemetery (1701 W 4th St, Spencer, IA 51301).
A memorial has been established in Jon's name.
