She is survived by : her spouse Jerry Madison; her daughter Jennifer; her siblings, John Steven, Bob Smith, Lori Smajd (Ray) of Des Moines, IA and Jody Smith of Ankeny, IA; her daughter Brendalee Schoning (Matt); her grandchildren, Darian Schoning, Megan Schoning of Spencer, IA and Jennifer Madison-Munsinger (Michael Jacobson); her great grandchildren, Lydia and Brooke of Story City; and her pet SmokyJo. She is also survived by her family, friends.
