She was predeceased by: her father Rodney Dean Moser; her sisters, Jessica Baas and Haley Hoffmeyer; her grandparents, Glenn, Karen Moser, Don and Dorothy Helmich; and her cousin Jerrit Hiatt.
She is survived by: her daughter Christina of Sand Springs, OK; her grandchildren, Remi, Rylie, Rett (Christina) and Jolene (Landon); her siblings, Amber Goeders Pocahontas, Stephanie Baas Spencer and Cody; and her mother Julie Smith Ruthven (Helmich). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
