He is survived by : his wife Joyce Wagner; his sisters-in-law, Joyce Wagner of Spencer and Janet Shinkle (Dan) of Milford, Iowa; and his friends, Clayton and Nancy Pyle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and special neighbors.
