It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Henning of Spirit Lake, Iowa, who passed away on February 26, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David Henning to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Feodor Henning and Lola Henning (Vander Hamm); his brother-in-law Sig Lillegard; and his niece Catina. He is survived by: his wife Ines Schmidt of Sherburn, MN; his sons, Mark (Cathy) of Peoria, AZ, Luke (Lori) of Lakefield, MN and Matthew (Robin) of Lakefield, MN; his grandchildren, Tyler Burton, Ashley Henning (Billy), Brittany Livermont (Ryan), Cameron Henning (Mackenzie), Jolie Rossiter, Ayla Henning and David Henning; his great grandchildren, Eden, Graham, Henlee, Iverson and Theo; and his siblings, Helen, Mary Lillegard (Sig), Ruth (Calvin Rehborg), Paul (Joyce), Edward (Twila), Eleanor, William (Carol), Albert (Leann), Jane Nolte (Larry), Alice White (Steve) and Victor.
