She is survived by : her fiancé Don Matuska of Beloit, WI; her children, Lee Evans (Jackie) of Coon Rapids, MN, Layne Evans (Eddie Zapata) of Minneapolis, MN, Lon Evans of Fairmont, MN, Tom and Jeanne Krahmer of Harlingen, TX; her grandchildren, Adam Emberland, Jake Rasmussen, Zach Rasmussen (Trista), Annie Sue Rasmussen, Lily Evans, Rebecca Hartung and Shawn Hartung; her great grandchildren, Jaxson Rasmussen, Tatum Rasmussen and Rowen Staricha; her brother Ken Wachal (Marilyn) of Scio, OR; her sister-in-law Valarie Holm of Dunnell, MN; her nieces, Dawn Haug (Jim) of Idaho, Darla Lundgren (Dexter) of Estherville, IA and Larson; her close friends, Mavis Tonne and Illa Byers; and also, Tom and Vicky Matuska. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 31st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (1200 N North Ave, Fairmont, MN 56031). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 31st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
